Enrollment Specialist Role
The Enrollment Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective Future Professionals who are interested in enrolling in a Paul Mitchell School.   He or she is responsible for establishing initial contact, building rapport, and conducting qualifying pre-assessment of each prospective Future Professional.  He or she will assist prospective Future Professionals in scheduling and preparing for their school tour and career planning session, while providing them with answers to their questions regarding Paul Mitchell Schools education, the enrollment process, and educational opportunities for our graduates available in the beauty industry.

This is a fast-paced, high-demand position requiring the candidate to wear many different hats in a busy, high- energy cosmetology school.  Bring a positive and professional attitude and you’ll fit right in with our ‘Be Nice’ culture.  The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and the ability to manage goal-driven daily tasks efficiently and professional.   The candidate must be self-motivated to assist in meeting and exceeding enrollment goals.  This position requires confidence, resilience, strong organizational and communications skills, exceptional persistence, a high level of commitment, and the ability to guide and motivate others.
Skills/Competencies Required:
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficient in both verbal and written communication
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Time Management Skills and is self-directed
  • High level of professionalism
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
  • Task driven and detail oriented
  • Once to two years of customer service experience is needed
  • Experience in the beauty industry and/or education is a plus
